Eric sold a property for me a couple of years ago and I should have written a review then because he sold it in 48 hours. I have been looking for another property for the last few months and Eric has given me a ton of advice, he knows the market and saved me from 2 options that I probably would have gone with but were bad business decisions or had underling issues I wouldn't have known about. Once we dialed in my search he found me the perfect home with 1 day of showings and I locked in a great price with his counsel. Working with Eric is like working with an investor with a fiduciary responsibility, he gives good counsel, doesn't care about making more money off of his clients, he cares about helping them and guiding them through making the right decision. 5 stars 100%.

Randi was the only shining star of a very difficult move from San Diego to Wichita. From the first phone call, she went above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. Working weekends to help us find our home, sourcing local vendors to help us get our house ready before we arrived. Randi was always super responsive to all our questions and creating communication with our selling agent in San Diego and our lender. I can confidently say that without Randi’s help, this move would have been an utter disaster.

Randi wasn’t as good as they get, she was SO MUCH BETTER than your usual. She completely exceeded the expectations I had for whom my real estate agent would be and their willingness to help. This was my first home buying experience and she never left me stranded. She was (and still is) extremely responsive and completely knowledgeable about every step of the way. She goes above and beyond for her clients to make sure they have all of their options on the table before making a decision. She was there for me with every signature I signed. 15/10 would absolutely recommend for any future homebuyers, as well as any first time home buyers. From our text/email communication, to in-person appointments, she was extremely professional and treated me the same way she would want for herself. Randi is trustworthy and personable and well worth your time and business.
