Sherry did an exceptional job listing/selling our home! We were relocating out-of-state for my husband's job and she was very knowledgeable in navigating our relocation package and the extra steps it required. She worked with us to get our home listed quickly. The listing and pictures were so well done it made us want to buy our own house. She was a huge blessing in helping our move go smoothly as she sold our house after the first showing (after only being listed for 4 days) for more than we were expecting! Highly recommend!

Sherry was very knowledgeable and helpful about the Wichita area. She is a seasoned professional that puts her customers first. She is very available and prompt at answering questions and returning phone calls. She understands the business and is always ahead of the process. We bought and sold a house with Sherry within a year of each other and were able to sell our home within 30 days of listing it. Sherry uses very professional photos for her listings, understands the markets needs and is masterful in her negotiations. i highly recommend using Sherry in buying and selling homes.

Sherry was amazing. She was referred to us by a friend and we were extremely impressed. We learned so much from her, especially about what to look for (both good/bad) when buying a new home. Sherry did a fantastic job of selling my home! She helped me get it ready to go on the market, then kept an eye on it after I moved out of state. She had a room painted based on feedback from the first few showings. She also worked with my homeowner's association to get the HOA's insurance policy updated to meet a lender's requirements. I was nervous about putting my home on the market after I moved 600 miles away, but Sherry handled everything, kept me informed, and made the entire process easy. I highly recommend her!
