Josie was recommended to me by my son who had used her to purchase his house. She was the best agent I could hope to have. She was quick to return my calls and always willing to set up appointments and answer any questions I had. When I finally found my house, she was quick to put in a bid and was great at keeping me informed and gave great advice when I asked for it. This process was a new experience for me, but she was with me every step of the way. I would recommend Josie to anyone in the need of a knowledgeable real estate agent.

Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She listed our home and we had offers the next day. She helped us pick out the best offer for our home and explained what each offer meant. when purchasing our home, she helped negotiate the offer. We are very happy for choosing Josie and would definitely use and recommend her in the future.

Josie was absolutely fantastic. We contacted her after receiving an informational flyer in the mail regarding recent sales in our area. She was extremely quick to respond to all of our questions throughout the process, helpful with getting our townhouse ready, and had it sold in just a few days.
