As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous going into the process, but Silvia made everything so much easier. My partner and I jumped at the opportunity to go house hunting without many expectations as almost every house we were interested in already accepted other offers, but Silvia was incredibly patient, always made time to tour houses that we could find (we were not picky with an exact location), knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain every step in a way we could understand. Having purchased and sold many properties for my own use as well as 2 commercial properties I’m well aware of the process. Yesterday’s process is different than today’s. As a young man I thought commission's were high and many deductions were made I didn’t understand. After all my income was barely $25,000 annually, nickels were important.
