There are no words that can express how grateful we are for Kellie Gore’s service. We listed our house with a different realtor originally and realized quickly what a huge mistake that was. We switched to Kellie and immediately noticed a huge difference. She and her partner Joshua Thieme went above and beyond to help us anyway they could with the tangled mess we got into with the previous realtor and also with selling our home very quickly for a way better price! I can never thank you two enough for the help that you provided to my mother regardless of how challenging she may have gotten a few times with all the stress she was experiencing. I was very impressed with how well they dealt with her. Thanks a million!!

Kellie was simply amazing. We changed course a few times in search of a home in the Southland and she handled each detour with patience, grace and professionalism. Her responsiveness was off the charts. It felt like she was always available for us and that we were her only client. She always answered the phone when we called and responded to text messages within seconds or minutes. Not only was the level of service she provided top tier, she also is incredibly knowledgeable about her craft. She almost always had immediate answers to our questions and the few times she didn’t, she got back to us in short order. She’s as proactive as you could want, typically thinking a step or two ahead and taking action. She’s also a brilliant negotiator. Her strategy to make offers on two homes simultaneously that we liked since the same agent represented both sellers resulted in both offers being accepted without a counter offer. That meant we had a choice of either home at the price and terms we wanted. If you want a phenomenal real estate agent to buy or sell a home, you should hire Kellie.

This review is over a YEAR overdue— but I am still writing it because Geoffrey went ABOVE & BEYOND to help my fiancé and I purchase our first condo. From day one, he was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. As first time homebuyers, we we had 1 million and one questions that he helped answer for us throughout the process— he was very thorough in following through with us on everything. Not only was he willing to hop on late 7PM calls weekly for check-in’s due to my work schedule but he also set up a WhatsApp group so that we could stay in contact while I took a week-long trip out the country. He even helped us coordinate discussions with the sellers to get more credit back with the sale. Lastly, he made the experience special by serving all us and my parents celebratory wine & giving us sweet Nest as a gift before handing over the keys. We appreciated his help tremendously and hope to use his services again once we’re ready to move out of our starter home.

I sold 2 triplexes in November. I found Josh purely by chance online. I met him the same day. He had a buyer for me within 24 hours. My first big sale so I was impressed to say the least. Got asking price, cash and a 21 day escrow. Just like that it was done. I could not be happier. Josh you rock!

Geoffrey did an outstanding job finding us our first home. He showed enthusiasm and determination in showing us houses, putting in offers, and negotiating with the sellers. He helped us through the whole process and even got us great tips on renovations and first time homeowners advice. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
