When we decided to sell our home in Redwood City, I knew just who to call. I had heard John Shroyer's name frequently over the years and he has a great reputation. We interviewed John and immediately felt comfortable. He knew just what needed to be done before putting the house on the market and had competent professionals in line to get the work done at a reasonable price. That took an enormous burden off us and made the process seem effortless. After receiving 5 offers, John took us through the pros and cons of each so we could make an informed decision. We highly recommend John Shroyer.

Rhea is professional, knowledgeable and truly listened to our needs/wants in a home. We followed her every lead and trusted her completely and ended up with a home we love. I would wholeheartedly recommend her (and I have).

Impossible is nothing to Rhea. My husband and I gave her the most difficult directive one can give in San Carlos. Find us a 3/2, in the flats, walking distance to downtown, within three blocks of our current residence. Oh, AND it has to be affordable. It would have been an easier task to find the Holy Grail. And yet, Rhea persevered. She provided us constant updates on the housing market, kept us in the loop for anything that hinted of being a possibility, and finally found us our dream home - an off market gem that we never would have been aware of without her diligence and hard work. She made the entire process of making the offer, going through escrow, and closing super easy. She was incredibly responsive at all hours, and was amazing throughout. Speaking from the other side is easy at this point - but take my advice. Don't give up on the housing market!! A great realtor will make all the difference. Rhea made that difference for us and we are incredibly grateful to have worked with her in our search.

Rhea's awesome. If I could rank her higher than a "5", I would. She was instrumental and indefatigable in our search for a home in the insanely competitive Bay Area market. Our search canvassed the Coast and the Peninsula, we made and lost multiple bids, participated up in a few multiple-bid situations, and finally ended up with our dream home in Half Moon Bay. It was hectic and stressful, and through it all, Rhea was amazing - proactively bringing us unique opportunities, staying positive through all the ups and downs, helping us figure out a bidding strategy for each property (including preparing multiple offers for some properties), and being unbelievably responsive. For the home we ultimately bought, we had to turn around an offer in two hours on a Sunday evening - and Rhea made it happen. I can't recommend her highly enough.

My husband and I instantly connected with Rhea Norton. Her "no pressure" sales style suited us perfectly. Rhea diligently worked with us over a lengthy housing search. She always made herself available, often on a moment's notice, and worked tirelessly in this highly competitive environment to help us make multiple offers on different properties. She went above and beyond to write a non-traditional offer and was able to call upon additional legal resources to make sure every detail was correct. Rhea's superior negotiation skills have landed us in our dream home. She has made the entire process seamless.
