My husband and I met Chris a few years back when he was helping my mother-in-law look for a home here on the Half Moon Bay coast. We quickly found out that Chris is very knowledgable about the area since he has lived her his whole life. After meeting him a few times and then and seeing his infamous "CALLWICK" personalized plate up and down the coast, my husband and I agreed he is who we would work with when it was time for us to list our house in Pacifica. I am happy to report that with Chris' expertise, we successfully sold our house 12 years to the day we bought it. We can't thank Chris enough for all he did for us during this very exciting, yet crazy process. We had a fantastic experience with Joakim Bye! Selling our home from out of state could have been very stressful, but he made the process seamless, treating the sale of our home as if it was his own. The house needed a bit of work, and Joakim was super organized, got multiple bids to help us get the best price, scheduled and oversaw vendors, didn’t miss a single detail, big or small, personally checked on the property regularly, and even rolled up his sleeves when needed (he literally went in the crawl space with the contractor, found a solution for a lighting part that couldn’t be ordered, and also cleaned out our hot tub himself!). Thanks to his hard work and connections, we had multiple interested buyers lined up before the house even hit the market and ended up with an off-market sale. Joakim is proactive, dedicated, and super professional. Highly recommend!
