Gabe did an excellent job and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He sold us our first home and made the process really fun, was patient throughout the 60 day closing helping us every step of the way and was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the process. We had an excellent experience working with David throughout a complex and detailed home purchase. Joakim did an absolutely outstanding job selling our home of 21 years. It is in a niche neighborhood and as expected took 7 months to sell. We ended up getting an excellent price. He has in-depth knowledge of the market. He regularly updated us on market trends. His rationale for the starting price and subsequent reduction was clear and thorough. Joakim went well beyond what is expected from a seller's agent. He ensured that the house was in top condition before each open house and showing, including blowing the decks himself regularly. He arranged for the needed contractors to help us finish small projects that were necessary prior to selling. He did a phenomenal job marketing our home, especially digitally. He was concise, efficient, and honest in his communications with us. We plan to have him help us purchase a new home in the near future. He has my highest recommendation!
