Having Joakim Bye act as my agent for selling my home stands out as one of the finest experiences in my very rich life. I have known Joakim to be an exceptionally bright, caring and dedicated person since he was a boy. When he came to my home in Canada Cove to begin the sales process, a neighbor complained that my loose gutter was making noise that caused his dog to bark. Joakim immediately stepped up, saying, “I can fix that. I’ll get my ladder and tools.” That generosity is characteristic of how he took care of everything. In minutes Joakim repaired the loose gutter; problem solved. Joakim helped set the price, showed me a comparable home for sale a few houses away from mine. He knew the requirements of my HOA and took care of meeting them. He helped me get moved out by giving access to my home to various friends. When one repair could have been problematic, he arranged to have the repair managed by the buyer after the sale so I didn’t worry about the repair being acceptable. Throughout the process, Joakim was so capable, clear and strong, I felt cared for personally. He was kind like a good nephew would be. I am so glad I chose Joakim as my Agent. He got a good price for my home and took care of every detail most professionally. He did so many thoughtful extras because I had moved to another state. Joakim Bye is the best Agent you could hope for.

The first time I met with Mark I trusted him immediately. I have spent 29 years working directly with the public in my career and I could detect his honest character from the onset of our first meeting. Excellent character and great follow through. If you want to buy a house anywhere use this man. Any future real estate transactions of mine will be through Mark exclusively wherever he is employed.
