My wife and I met Mark at an open house and were instantly impressed by his deep knowledge of the community. As a realtor myself from out of the area, I sought out Joakim to interview him for the sale of my vacation home in Half Moon Bay. We interviewed a couple of different local realtors, and chose David for a combination of factors -- track record selling in our community, how easy it was to talk with him and his staff and feel that they understood what was important to us, and on a personal level because of his involvement in the local arts community through The Ocean Blue Vault gallery. Throughout the process, David and Judy provided advice on what we needed to do to improve our chance of success in selling our home. They did a walk through and provided a punch list of cosmetic updates. They project managed painting, floor refinishing, staging and photos prior to the listing. When the first offer came in it was not what we wanted, but David personally coached us through a successful negotiation. We sold in 18 days on the market, closing before the holidays, and amidst increasing market uncertainty.
