I can’t even begin to describe how incredible Dana is. There is simply no way I would’ve been able to purchase my house in Mountain View without her as my Realtor. Bay Area real estate is extremely competitive and challenging to navigate (especially as a first time homebuyer!), but Dana lead me through it all. She knows the market, has access to special listings, and has a variety of connections that can give you a much needed edge in your housing search. I could write an encyclopedia’s length review about how Dana will be the only Realtor I’ll ever work with, but here are just A FEW of the many reasons why I’d recommend working with Dana: 1. She’s so easy to talk to. Extremely professional and equally as personable. I always felt less stressed after any conversation we ever had. It feels like you’re working with a friend, not a salesperson. She’s truly passionate about helping people achieve their real estate goals. 2. Response time & availability. Have a question on a Sunday morning? Want to look at a house within hours notice? Text or call Dana and she’ll get right back to you. Seriously… it was usually just a matter of minutes. I don’t think the phone ever rang more than two times before she picked up. As other clients have expressed - you truly feel like a VIP when working with Dana and her team. 3. She has your best interest in mind. What more can you ask for when making the biggest purchase of your life? Dana grasps your exact wants/needs/budget and makes well-informed recommendations to help narrow down your search, all while exposing you to options that you didn’t even know you had. I genuinely trusted Dana with my house hunting and knew that she was working tirelessly to secure the best deal. Especially during the offer stage. Here are 5 out of 1,000 reasons my wife and I will only work with Dana as our agent. 1. She goes above and beyond and then some more. Anytime we would call she would answer and calm our nerves down. 2. Our Menlo Park home sold for WAY ABOVE our ask price and very fast. WAY ABOVE! 3. Her marketing was gorgeous and really made our home stand out. 4. She covered the bill for all the staging and marketing expenses (photo, video, 3-D, etc.) 5. Our closing was smooth and stress free. We loved our buyers so much we are actually having dinner with them next week. I've already recommended Dana to all of my friends and family, now all we have left is to recommend her to you. We are now fully spoiled and cannot work with any other agent.

Dana is an absolute Legend! She helped my husband and I sell our home in Menlo Park for way over asking price during a rough market. Her honesty and impeccable knowledge kept us calm through the whole process. We were also highly impressed by her highly experienced team. The marketing brought our home to a whole new life beyond our dreams and the staging was so gorgeous it made us want to buy our home from ourselves. I will always recommend Dana to all of our friends and I will definitely sell/buy my next home with her.

Dana Carmel helped us find a great rental near our remodel. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and helped us secure a great contract within a week! We had many difficult requirements, in a tight market, and still she worked her magic. Dana made what could have been a very stressful time a smooth and relatively easy process. I would highly recommend Dana if you would like personal, professional and responsive service from a real estate agent.

Very few realtors understand the niche Menlo Park/Atherton market the way Dana understands the market. She knows what buyers in this area are looking for, what you can get at different price points, and the personalities of the different neighborhoods and school districts. Dana was also super helpful with getting our home ready for market. We were on a tight time frame, and she hustled to get all the right vendors lined up to ensure the house looked great and was ready for buyers. As a seller, it was a huge relief to have Dana available to trouble shoot and solve any problems. No one will work harder than Dana to fulfill buyers' and sellers' needs. She is persistent in the best way, detail oriented, and doesn't let anything slip through the cracks.
