Working with John was an incredible experience! John was extremely professional. He took the time & heard what my needs were as a seller. Mr. Oushana worked diligently & was very assertive. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, and responded promptly any time I had any questions. With the help of John, not only did he help sell my home extremely quick, but we broke a record in my neighborhood in regards to price. I am extremely satisfied for the services John provided. If I had not taken his advice, I would have sold my home for a whole lot less than what John was able to sell my property for. I will continue to use Mr. Oushana for all my real estate needs, as he left me extremely impressed. Working with John and Matt was honestly the smoothest transition I have ever had. We sold our house in Turlock and bought a house in Michigan in less than a month. They answered our questions and helped us throughout the process the whole time. John dealt with our realtor in Michigan which made it easier for us. No matter the time of day or night our questions were answered. I highly recommend them. They were very professional and met our needs beyond expectations. They went above and beyond for us. We are very happy with our decision.
