I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mark Hunt IV and Cummings and Co. Realtors to buy my first home, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, Mark was thorough, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process in just one month (exactly 4 weeks from offer to closing!). He truly made what can be a chaotic experience feel seamless and stress-free. Mark's expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence every step of the way, and his approachable and professional demeanor made the whole process a joy. John made the process of purchasing our home so smooth and made sure that we knew what we were doing every step of the way. We have worked extensively with John Moranto (Team Leader for the Maranto Team of Cummings & Co. Realtors) as we searched for a new home in Baltimore and Harford Counties, Maryland. In the nearly yearlong search, John has been extremely helpful and enormously patient! What made matters even more difficult was that we were moving from North Carolina, so much of our search was from 400 miles away with frequent short visits to look at specific properties. John stuck with us the whole way! He provided excellent advice and was very supportive throughout. He kept our best interests at heart and saved us on numerous occasions from making serious mistakes. We will always be grateful for that! On the rare occasions when John was not available to show us properties, his outstanding team of associates jumped right in and helped us out. John also made the vast amount of ‘paperwork’ needed for making offers very easy to understand and straight forward. Considering how many times we made offers (but were beaten out by others), John’s help and perseverance was invaluable. The advantage of this service cannot be underestimated! Finally, we found the perfect property, and in the process made a friend for life. It is a pleasure to recommend John Moranto. If you are lucky enough to work with him, you will be very glad you did!

Mark did a fantastic job assisting me with purchasing my first home! He is very knowledgeable and available. He helped me through every step of the home buying process. He was easy to reach and available at every part of the home buying process. From the first time meeting him I felt I could trust him and was comfortable with him representing me. He utilized his industry experience to get me credit on my house from the buyer. Additionally, he went above and beyond helping me throughout the closing process to ensure I was on track to close. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to purchase a home!!

Mark is an amazing Real Estate Agent. I reached out to him on a Monday and by that evening he had scheduled property appointments for me to go look at the next day! Everything was very efficient and smooth. He was a great help when looking at properties in person. He pointed out details that I would have never thought to think of. He was with me every step of the way through my application process and then to my move in check list.
