Thanks to John and his team the whole process with our home selling journey was extremely easy and awesome! We had been in our home for 32 years which means our home selling and buying skills were a little dusty. John and his team held our hand walked us through every detail, and with that being said the process was painless and went went amazingly perfect. John even gave us questions and to ask on our new home buying journey. John even shared a few negotiation skills for buying out new home. Outstanding job and much applause to John and his team. From the first time John and his wife walked through our front door to the moment we turned over the keys to the buyers, it was nothing short of top shelf customer service. Clear communication the entire time was the shining factor, and the fact that we got an incredible amount over asking price!

Selling our house started out to be a bit bumpy, but when Garilynn took over everything changed to the better. She communicated quickly and provided us with all potential buyer feedbacks. She's very knowledgeable and was able to respond to all my questions and concerns effectively. She worked very hard to help us close on the property at or before the time that we planned to move, and she was successful. Highly recommended.

John is very professional and personable. He communicates very well and has employed a very gifted staff. Everything he promised was realized. The overall process was quick and efficient. There was very little disruption of our daily lives throughout the process.
