Lana was an absolute pleasure to work with! I am new to the area and initially she helped me find the perfect rental home for my needs while I looked for a home to purchase. Throughout the home purchase process she provided great guidance and feedback as I explored various options in several different geographical areas -- including but not limited to single family homes, townhomes, condos, gated communities, etc. She was very responsive and ultimately made the entire home buying experience seamless through her attention to detail, patience, and involvement in every step of the process.

Lana is very kind and nice. She shares her knowledges about housing areas, homes quality and key inspections. She shared experiences in choosing suitable housing for us when we first arrived here and had 3 children. She is patient in helping us understanding the laws and rules. She is playing fair in all in all transactions. She check very carefully home details for us and take care of it. Finally we got our first home. Our family is much appreciated her great job. We love her!
