Nothing about buying a home is simple or easy. It’s one of the largest investments you’ll make and greatly important. The process is very exciting but also stressful and scary. The best thing you can possibly arm yourself with is the right realtor. Having capable hands to guide you through the process, answer your millions of questions and calm your nerves when you’re on high alert is so important. John Durso was all these things and more. I’m not sure I’ve ever met or seen a more knowledgeable and helpful person within this industry. He made himself available to us for years now while on the hunt for our new home. He had shown us more houses than I can even count. He knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us finally find our forever home. My husband and I recommend him 100% We will forever be thankful for everything he has done for us. John is a competent agent who shows a detailed knowledge of the marketplace and how to handle negotiations. He goes out of his way for his clients arranging appointments on short notice leaving no stone unturned. He’s prompt, courteous and business like. I have no hesitation recommending him. An awesome realitor :) John was a great help to me and my husband in purchasing our first home and he is a great guy as well! Helped make the process easier and he took time to explain different things to us and helped us find the right home! Have even called and asked a coupon questions since months later and he’s been very helpful! Look forward to working with him again in the future if we ever look to sell or move again and will recommend him to friends and family!
