I cannot recommend Joel highly enough. Joel helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home. He made the experience smooth, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable. Joel helped us from the very first stages of our search: picking a neighborhood, applying for a mortgage, formulating an offer, negotiating concessions, and selecting and monitoring inspectors. One of Joel's best qualities is his responsiveness and proactivity. He made us feel like his only clients. And he answered the numerous questions we had as inexperienced buyers. We were able to close on a very short escrow while juggling multiple inspections and contractors, much of which we did remotely while Joel served as our eyes, ears, and advocate.
