Joel stepped in after a negative experience with a Coldwell Banker realtor. He listened to my concerns and goals then made expert suggestions. Joel connected me with the right workers and even shopped and found a barbeque that fit the outdoor kitchen. Within 3 weeks the property was listed and on the second day it was on the market I received an offer well over list price. Joel is the best.
