To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Joel Barber regarding the sale of our home in Pawleys Island. Initially, Joel was responsive and readily available. However, his communication quickly deteriorated. He became unreachable, failing to answer phone calls or respond to emails. Subsequently, he transferred our listing to Savanah Stewart from his office's "team." Unfortunately, our experience with Ms. Stewart was equally negative. Stated untruths as facts, and denied she had said anything in some cases, when she had. This exhibited unprofessional behavior was disturbing and did not inspore confidence that the sale woudl even happen. Ms Stewart was easily offended, and repeatedly misrepresented important information. Furthermore, Joel attempted to retract his commitment to cover the cost of a remote closing. Only after being confronted did he grudgingly agree to honor our agreement. The conduct of both Joel Barber and Ms. Stewart has been deeply disappointing and exemplifies why the real estate profession often suffers from a lack of trust.
