Lori Lentz-Widner is a consummate professional. Starting in 2018 she helped us get our dream vacation destination condo; a condo on the beach with a million dollar view. She negotiated a very good price and kept us informed all the way to settlement. Anytime we were in town at the condo we would search all over the Myrtle Beach area for where we want to live after retiring. Lori was always available to answer questions and show us options. This continued for 6 years until we finally found a new home community that we loved. Lori was instrumental in helping us understand everything about a new purchase, helped us get a great deal on the new build, and followed us through the entire process. The most incredible part is when our new home was near finished, she listed our condo and sold it in record time. Mercedes is fantastic! She made us feel as if we were the only client she was working with. Would respond so quickly. She went above and beyond for us. We are many states away and purchased in SC. She helped make process smooth and even went as far as to bringing some items we shipped ahead of time inside so they wouldn’t get damaged. An exceptional RE agent.
