Kristen was excellent in all ways. She knew the market especially Carolina Forest very well and was helpful in orienting our purchase. The Seller's Agent was difficult but Kristen stood up to him and remained firm. We had an unusually short timetable but Kristen and her team were on top of all the steps and detail. We had a successful closing in spite of Srller obstacles. Kristen was great.

Christy was absolutely amazing to work with! Her knowledge of the area helped my husband and I pick the perfect house to call home. She worked and communicated so well with us as we were moving states away and she visited houses with my husband while FaceTiming me in. We also contacted her the first time and in less than a week we were under contract!!! We never thought that we could even considered new builds as we thought they would be out of our price point but Christy was able to find us an amazing development with great incentives and find our dream home.
