We sold a townhouse in a neighborhood with a challenging HOA and subsequent declining home values. The value of the home was lower for the area, definitely not a high dollar oceanfront property, but Ryan and his team treated it as though it was. Our home was on the market for seven months and the Korros team had several open houses and never stopped doing all they could to find a buyer. Ryan managed the contract, inspections, follow-up, and closing with absolute professionalism. We found Ryan through the Dave Ramsey network and I can say he lived up to the Ramsey endorsement. I recommend Ryan without reservation.

Bobbei was great to work with from first phone call to closing. She has a great knowledge of the area and she really listened when we expressed what we wanted in a property . As soon as we talked with her for the first time, she promptly set up a portal listing properties at different locations in our price range. On her advice, we drove by the areas and properties first, this ruled out properties from locations we didn’t care for and saved us time. Once we decided on a property, she was very knowledgeable about the price similar properties sold for and negotiated a price we were happy with. She also was very informed about HOA’s and called to Our attention things we didn’t think of I would Definetely recommend Bobbei and the Ryan Korros Agency.
