Vicki was a Godsend. We knew no one here, we just know it was our favorite area on the east coast. Every recommendation she made, from restaurants, to furniture, to places to go see, right down to a hairdresser, she nailed it. She made us feel as though we had been life long friends. Her group was a referral from a past coworker from St. Thomas. I will always be grateful to him, and now I have a life long friend in Vicki. Do I recommend her? Absolutely! ??

Kristin was wonderful to work with and really listened to what we were looking for. She took in everything we were saying and kept looking till she narrowed down to just a couple of houses and then helped us to decide on our forever home. I absolutely love my new home.

Ryan has been our realtor for three different real estate transactions in Horry County. He is certainly one of the best out there. He's incredibly responsive. Very helpful. He knows the local market as well as anyone. He's willing to take chances and go the extra mile for his clients. On our last sale, we had several local realtors tell us they woudn't work with us because of our asking price. Ryan never hesitated to work with us and he got us exactly what we wanted. He's the best.

Vicki was amazing! This was our first purchase out of state and Vicki made it very easy and stress free. She knew so much about the area and dedicated herself to providing the information we needed to make the best decision for us!
