Vicki was amazing to work with from start to finish. She responded to text messages and emails very promptly and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process of buying our first house. She was knowledgeable, caring and a joy to be around! She listened to all of our requests and helped us find the perfect home. Kristin is an excellent negotiator and communicator. She represented me as a buyer, purchasing 10-31 exchange property (vacant land). I live in Arizona, Kristin and the property I purchased are in South Carolina, and the entire transaction was completed without my needing to be present. I relied heavily on Kristin's local knowledge to find the replacement property that best met my needs. She found several candidates and helped me to narrow them down to the right one. She then helped me negotiate for the best price. She handled all the legwork, kept me informed, and today we successfully closed. I am now the proud owner of a 5.638 acre tract in Gateway Farms in Loris SC! When it comes time for me to sell that property, I will be looking to Kristin to aid me in that transaction as well. Kristin was amazing! From the very moment we met her we knew she was right for us. We looked at a lot of homes and she was very patient with us and full of knowledge about the area. We were from out of state so her knowledge of the area was very important to us. We eventually decided to have a new home built. She did an excellent job of keeping us up to date on the progress including numerous photos and videos. We had a builder that was at times difficult to get a response from and Kristin always helped us with whatever the issue was. All the way through closing and beyond Kristin has been checking up on us and it is clear to us that she genuinely cares about us. Because of her our home purchase and move has been an awesome experience. I give her 6 stars out of 5! Thanks Kristin for everything!
