We cannot say enough great things about Ryan Korros and his entire team! They helped us sell our home in just over two weeks, and the whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. They hosted multiple open houses, were always responsive, and consistently kind, patient, and helpful with every question we had (big or small). Vicki was great! We had some hurdles to overcome, but Vicki stuck with us through the whole 6/month process. What a true customer service. She stayed on top of everything and kept us posted. Vicki was awesome getting me the house I wanted, but more importantly the one I needed. I have purchased several homes over the past 30 years and Vicki was the best to work with. Certainly, agents will listen to # bedroom and # baths and some other characteristics, but she listened to what I was really looking for. I was looking at Zillow and saw what I thought were houses in my preferences but she quickly guided me by focusing on certain areas and avoiding others. We visited many houses and some I really liked but she again looked to what the wants and needs were and kept me from the wrong decision. We ultimately loved the house we purchased which was on the low end of the expense spectrum of houses we visited. Refreshing to have an agent not worried about the commission vs. customer satisfaction. Would recommend highly.
