Two words: HIGHLY Recommended!! Sabrina is a one of a kind and truly has a gift with helping others find their dream home not to mention sell a current home! Her professionalism, honesty, and transparency was impressive! She was there any time we needed her or had questions, and she handled everything effortlessly as we found a beautiful new home only after being in our brand new home after a year and getting our current one under contract within 2 weeks is just AMAZING!! She handled A LOT of the behind the scenes with the buyers agents who were not easy along with inspection appointments but protected us from all that. Busy was an understatement when she represented us, yet she turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience. Her professionalism is second to none and so glad we met her 3 years ago when we relocated to SC. Sabrina will always be our agent. We cannot thank her enough!

We have been working with Juliann since 2019 when we planned a move from NJ to Myrtle Beach, SC. And although the home we were hoping for fell through (due to issues with the seller), Juliann continued to stay in contact with us and helped keep us motivated that we'd find another when the time was right. Juliann was able to put us in contact with some amazing people to make the next home we found a sure thing. And sure enough, 4 years later we found an amazing home for our family of 6 (8 including the fur babies). Juliann was always so supportive, helpful and committed to making sure we were comfortable with every part of the purchase process. I can't wait to do another deal with Juliann in the future and would HIGHLY recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Chris did an outstanding job of helping me look for properties for months. Once we found "the one" he walked me through every detail of the process. He really went to bat for me and had my back every hour of the day. I can't thank him enough. He and his colleagues are top shelf people and I would insist on having them on my side in the future.
