Joe exceeded all expectations. He made the entire process stress free. I would only recommend him to others. Joe knew the market and was able to give me the advice needed for me to make good decisions. He was organized, kept me informed and made the process smooth. He was also able to assist me in transitioning in my out of state move. There were never any surprises during the entire process. He has a team that would be hard to beat. From preinspection to listing, reviewing offers and closing joe made the process smooth and easy. I have bought and sold several homes over the past 40 years and never experienced the level of service joe provided me.

So grateful for Whitney's compassion, understanding and attention to detail in our house hunt over this past year. Whitney is the BEST! The word “quality” isn’t good enough to sum up the level of professionalism, patience, kindness, knowledge and experience Whitney embodies… Whitney has it all!! My husband and I have been wanting to buy for years, and from our first interaction Whitney got us connected with the best Mortgage company for us. She listened to our wants and needs, and made sure they were addressed. We lost a few offers to start with because this is an absolutely crazy market, but Whitney always remained positive and encouraging for us, as well as available to talk through how we were feeling. Whitney was extremely flexible with her schedule and was always able to show us houses when it worked best for our crazy schedules. Whitney is smart, kind, funny and makes this process so much less stressful than what it would have been without her. The mere thought of being a first time home buyer is frightening in itself as there are so many unknowns. However, from the moment my husband and I were introduced to Whitney, all those fears just disappeared as we were met with kindness and expertise. It was as if she was in the market with us, so knowledgeable of our needs/wants, yet realistic all in the same. With such a perfect combination she was able to negotiate like none other. Now, one would think that as a first time buyer my ability to compare would be nonexistent; but as a former service member and now a nurse, I’d beg to differ. Interpersonal skills, like Whitney’s, are not always easy to come by and thus are simply amazing to see in action! There were no questions left unanswered, nor concerns left unaddressed. The process was seamless. Highly recommend!!! Forever Grateful ??
