Joe was an amazing asset in not just selling our home but also preparing it. We enlisted Joe's help a year in advance, knowing we were going to have some projects to do and wanted his input on what we should focus on. With his insight, we were able to use our funds on areas that would best help sell our home faster. Joe was always responsive, always kind, helpful, and willing to explain any process we didn't understand in terms we could understand. We were moving out of state for the first time ever and we had a lot of questions about lining up closing dates with the purchase of our new home and Joe had nothing but patience for all our questions :)

Joe identified improvements needed to achieve the highest possible return on invstment, and managed the work at wholesale cost. The improvements, market analysis and marketing strategy resulted in the quick sale of our property at a price point higher than expected. The closing was bit more complicated than usual, and Joe navigated it seemlessly. The results speak for themselves. Joe and his team are the best! He sold our previous houses in record time with multiple offers over asking.
