Joe Symonette and the NW Home Experts Team provided outstanding service to us in all aspects of preparing, marketing, and closing the sale on our property. Joe offered several options, and we chose the full service. It was well worth it. Joe identified improvements needed to achieve the highest possible return on invstment, and managed the work at wholesale cost. The improvements, market analysis and marketing strategy resulted in the quick sale of our property at a price point higher than expected. The closing was bit more complicated than usual, and Joe navigated it seemlessly. The results speak for themselves. Just as importantly to us, Joe was a pleasure to work with - friendly, honest, responsive, and committed to providing excellent service. Joe and his team are the best! He sold our previous houses in record time with multiple offers over asking. This time he was able to negotiate a tricky sale for us without losing the seller and kept our closing to a bare minimum! Joe was my saving realtor on my project. We had more than a handful of challenges selling the house, yet Joe worked hard to be a part of the solution for each of them.
