We can’t say enough great things about working with Davonn. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond, communicating with us every step of the way, answering all of our questions, and taking the time to educate us on the entire buying process. He patiently guided us through more than a dozen homes, never rushing us, and always making sure we understood the pros and cons of each property. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail gave us the confidence we needed to make the right decision. In the end, we found the perfect duplex, and we couldn’t be happier! cannot say enough about Joe Symonette. He is, without a doubt, the BEST! After selling several of my homes in the past, Joe Symonette rates above and beyond what I could have ever expected. In short, he is one amazing realtor, an amazing person, an amazing negotiator, an amazing man who knows more about real estate than any realtor I have worked with in my past 40 years of buying and selling my personal properties. Joe Symonette was my realtor in selling my property, and there were many unexpected bumps and obstacles which were a huge surprise to me. But Mr. Joe Symonette handled it all! Joe was an amazing asset in not just selling our home but also preparing it. We enlisted Joe's help a year in advance, knowing we were going to have some projects to do and wanted his input on what we should focus on. With his insight, we were able to use our funds on areas that would best help sell our home faster. Joe was always responsive, always kind, helpful, and willing to explain any process we didn't understand in terms we could understand. We were moving out of state for the first time ever and we had a lot of questions about lining up closing dates with the purchase of our new home and Joe had nothing but patience for all our questions :)

Joe offered several options, and we chose the full service. It was well worth it. Joe identified improvements needed to achieve the highest possible return on invstment, and managed the work at wholesale cost. The improvements, market analysis and marketing strategy resulted in the quick sale of our property at a price point higher than expected. The closing was bit more complicated than usual, and Joe navigated it seemlessly. The results speak for themselves. Just as importantly to us, Joe was a pleasure to work with - friendly, honest, responsive, and committed to providing excellent service.
