Joe and his assistant Maria were amazing. We had a very complicated and long escrow due to the buyer’s lender and Joe and Maria worked very hard for us to get us to close escrow. They were always there for us no matter how many times we called them. No matter how many emails and texts we sent them. They worked tirelessly for us. If you want someone working hard for you then you really should use Joe as your agent. You will not regret it.

Joe was excellent to work with. He was very helpful and informative, as this was my husband and I's first time buying a home. He made the home buying process so easy for us. It was a pleasure working with Joe Mayol on a very involved sale with multiple sellers. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are very much respected and appreciated.
