Joe Mayol – REALTOR® | eXp Realty Joe Mayol has more than 25 years of full-time real estate experience, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate a wide range of transactions throughout California. Joe spent approximately 10 years representing major banks and financial institutions in REO sales, including Fannie Mae, giving him extensive experience with bank-owned properties, distressed sales, valuations, negotiations, and complex transactions. His real estate background also includes short sales, property management, IRS 1031 exchanges, real estate investing, and property renovation/flips. Joe has been actively involved in the real estate industry and his local REALTOR® community. He previously served on the Greater Antelope Valley Association of REALTORS® (GAVAR) Board of Directors and as Chairperson of the LCRC. He was also honored as GAVAR REALTOR® of the Year.
