If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Such an amazing team Brad Creese and Blake Lonergan are! They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of when it comes to selling your home or buying a home! Brad and Blake make sure to answer any and every question you have. They get every tiny detail they can about houses and properties you have interest in. They do everything in timely manner too. I highly recommend this great duo for your home buying or selling needs!

We recently sold our home with the help of Bradley Creese & Blake Lonergan, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! They were incredibly communicative and passionate about making sure we were guided through every step of the process. Thanks to their hard work, we received multiple offers in the first weekend and sold our home at a great price. You can tell that they truly care and value their clients needs. We couldn't have asked for a more seamless sale. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell or buy in the Antelope Valley as you won't find a team in the AV that is better!

This is our fifth home purchase and proved to be by far our best home purchase experience, thanks to our real estate agent Brad Creese. My wife and I appreciated his assembling a list of homes for us to look at in short order after we submitted to him our extensive list of preferences, and those preferences were nicely fulfilled. We ended up making an offer on a home he showed us within hours of us meeting him in person for the home tours. We originated a loan with a mortgage company and escrow service that was far from a trouble-free process. Brad reacted to their multitude of questions and concerns promptly, sometimes within minutes of receiving an inquiry. He also provided me with information on what we needed to do proactively to keep the process speeding along. The highest recommendation that I can give any business, besides the obviously well earned five stars, is to say that we anticipate doing real estate transactions in the Lancaster area in the near future and Brad Creese will be the person we plan on engaging to get those transactions done.

The bottom line of this review is that Brad Creese and Blake Lonergan are a dynamic team of real estate agents who represent both buyers and sellers of real estate in the Palmdale/Lancaster and surrounding area at the Lancaster office of Coldwell Banker. Both have significant experience in handling real estate sales. I could not be happier or more satisfied with my experience with both of them. Also, I am not a very easy person to please. But please me they did. Brad and Blake were both there for me at any time of the day or night to assist in accomplishing the sale. They always answered their phones and their texts and emails or, if they could not, they got right back to me. They did the things that were necessary to sell the property in a prompt and efficient manner. They have detailed knowledge of the area; the properties; the strategies involved; the agents in the area; and, just how to get the best deal for their clients. They gave excellent advice on how to fix up the property; how to stage it or not stage it; get repairs done; they met with all the service providers. They were just so excellent in what they did. I cannot say enough good things about them. Yes, you will be very happy if you engage Brad and Blake as your agents. Say hello to them for me when you see them. Happy Housing!
