Thanks to their expertise, we ended up selling over asking! Brad’s experience and calm confidence kept everything on track, while Blake was incredible with the tech side and made the entire process so smooth with negotiations. We first thought about selling our home back in 2014 but decided it just wasn’t the right time. After living in Lancaster for over 30 years, it held so many memories for us. This year, we finally decided it was time to take the leap and we’re so glad we had Brad and Blake with the Creese Team by our side. They made the entire process easy and stress-free from beginning to end. We received multiple offers, the communication was wonderful, and the closing went as smooth as can be. Brad and Blake are a fantastic team. They did an excellent job explaining how they would market my house and worked to get it on the market very quickly (as I had a tight timeline). Both are excellent communicators and kept me up to date with the details of the sale after I moved out of state. I also really liked how they are local to the AV - it gave me extra peace of mind knowing that if something should come up they were just around the corner. You cannot go wrong with the Creese Team!
