Brad and Blake are a fantastic team. They did an excellent job explaining how they would market my house and worked to get it on the market very quickly (as I had a tight timeline). Both are excellent communicators and kept me up to date with the details of the sale after I moved out of state. I also really liked how they are local to the AV - it gave me extra peace of mind knowing that if something should come up they were just around the corner. You cannot go wrong with the Creese Team!

Brad and Blake helped me with a trust sale. As a remote seller, Brad and his team did everything and I mean everything! The house needed a cosmetic refurbishing, landscaping, vendor coordination etc. They managed the entire process and often paid the vendors and subsequently billing me to keep the project moving. After a 6-7 week beautiful makeover, they put together a compelling sales package and we sold within 30 days for full price!
