YOU'VE FOUND YOUR AGENT James and Tim recently worked a deal for us that would not have gone through had we used someone else. This particular transaction had a bit of everything: probate, scheduling communication across multiple time zones, spotty internet connection in the mountains, working over Christmas and New Years, unforeseen issues, a difficult agent on the other side of the table, etc etc. You name it, we experienced it. And it wasn't for a giant commission check. He treated our small transaction with the tenacity and promptness like it were a multimillion property. On top of it all, we ended up learning a lot about him and his family, their travels, and the kind of stand up person he is besides just being a pro in real estate. We found him via recommendation from someone else who had the same positive experience, which in itself speaks volumes. If you need a team to see a deal through until completion, stop looking you've found your guy.

Long overdue review. James and team was very helpful in listing and selling our house and helping us buy another. His dedication to his clients is unmatched. He treats you like family and works with you closely to achieve your goals. Expert knowledge for any questions asked. And more than capable of handling and fixing any curve balls along the way. I met Mr. James Baker while taking an interest in a Property in the Leona Valley area that was his listing. By calling for more information, and explaining my situation, Mr. Baker was not only informative, but pleasantly helpful in the whole process. He sold my house in Lancaster in less than 24 hrs, all while helping me achieve my dream property for my family and I. Mr. Baker went above and beyond time and time again. He was available when I needed him to be, and if there were any unexpected hiccups, Mr. James would give me alternative options, while still giving me what I asked for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a better person. I will definitely be referring Mr. James to all my friends & family.

I can't speak highly enough of James and his team! We were in need of a larger home quickly because we were moving my Mom from WI to CA to live with us. I had contacted James in regards to a home I saw and not only did we have the keys in our hands within weeks but he made the process effortless! Not only was James a consummate professional throughout the whole process but more important for me, he was kind, patient, and positive. We have actually needed James and his team for two more moves and they have not let us down! They take the time to get to know you, your likes, and dislikes and find a home that will match everything your looking for plus more! While we were looking for our homes, nothing confounded James, he was always patient, energetic, and knowledgeable every step of the way. They work hard for you and when its all done, you have the prize you have been waiting for and its all thanks the James Baker Realty! I guess what I really love about them is that he REALLY is an expert in his field, he absolutely knows everyone, he is such a delight, full of integrity, and above all, has an infectious sense of humor!
