James has been absolutely phenomenal! I lived in the Valley for less than two years, so I asked a well-connected friend who to trust, and he said, “James is the best. He’s trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, loyal, and resourceful.” He was right. James went above and beyond at every step. We changed our minds twice—first wanting to sell, then rent, then sell again—and he supported us through it all. We were living out of the Valley during the entire process, but James took care of everything. When renters damaged the house, he found the right people to handle the repairs quickly and well. The entire process took over a year, and James was always on our side with great advice and endless patience. His guidance was invaluable during both the rental and sale negotiations. In short, I cannot say enough good things about James. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

My experience working with James was absolutely amazing he made the situation as least stressful as he could which was awesome! He kept me updated and communicated every step of the way! I recommend James to the fullest! On closing day he came up to my house brought food and we cooked and golfed it was Ana amazing day. My the end of the experience James felt like part of the family not just my realtor!
