James knows his stuff. Just trust him and trust the process. He will not steer you wrong. We have used James 3 times now. Twice to purchase a home and once to sell. He makes homebuying and selling a stress free experience and will get the job done. You won't be sorry , but not only is James a great agent he will likely become a lifelong friend of yours. YOU'VE FOUND YOUR AGENT James and Tim recently worked a deal for us that would not have gone through had we used someone else. This particular transaction had a bit of everything: probate, scheduling communication across multiple time zones, spotty internet connection in the mountains, working over Christmas and New Years, unforeseen issues, a difficult agent on the other side of the table, etc etc. You name it, we experienced it. And it wasn't for a giant commission check. He treated our small transaction with the tenacity and promptness like it were a multimillion property. On top of it all, we ended up learning a lot about him and his family, their travels, and the kind of stand up person he is besides just being a pro in real estate. We found him via recommendation from someone else who had the same positive experience, which in itself speaks volumes. If you need a team to see a deal through until completion, stop looking you've found your guy.
