Joe did an amazing job navigating my home sale from a distance. I moved out of state and decided to sell my Napa home. Joe came highly recommended from multiple people, and he went above and beyond by acting as "general contractor" for all of the work that needed to be done to prep the home for sale. He secured a painter, a handy person, an electrician, and other trades people to complete the work that needed to be done. He responded to my communications quickly and helped me get everything accomplished for the sale. He has good insight into what needs to get done to sell a home, and I would highly recommend Joe as a realtor.

Joe did an amazing job helping us buy our first house. His expertise in the area helped us determine a competitive purchase price and a possible future value for our home. Joe was very involved in all aspects of closing, assisting when ever we needed. He was friendly, communicative, suggested contractors, and gave excellent advise.

Joe recently helped me sell my Father's home in a Trust Sale while I was living out of state. Joe was professional, knowledgeable and able to negotiate on behalf of the Estate brilliantly. The house was full of contents and he even arranged for it to be freshened up with paint, professionally cleaned, emptied, (then staged) and sold the home within 3 weeks of it being on the market. This was such a relief for my siblings and I living so far away, and Joe was absolutely key in having this sale performed quickly and efficiently.
