Selling our home was the complex, time-consuming, roll your sleeves up, and persevere type of deal one does not wish for in real estate. If you could list all of the things that could go wrong with selling our property from list to close, they all happened . . . some more than once. Without Joe's steady hand and assertive approach, I do not believe we would have sold our home from 5 states away. He managed everything from cleanup after our renters left, inspections, staging, marketing, negotiations, and doing everything possible amidst Covid to get us to close. I don't dispense praise easily and hardly ever write a review. However, if real estate is the question - Joe Bird is the answer.

Selling a house and buying a new one is a stressful experience under the best of circumstances. A conscientious and expert agent to guide the way makes a huge difference. Joe Bird is that guy. We knew we were in good hands when the guy who puts up the for-sale signs in the front yard gave us a quick tutorial on real estate marketing. There are two kinds of agents, he said: listers and sellers...and Joe is a seller. He certainly was for us. One of the most impressive things about Joe was that throughout the entire process, he responded to phone messages...e-mails...questions... concerns within one hour. We would highly recommend him to anybody in the real estate market in the Baltimore area.

Joe Bird was extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout our home buying process. When we toured homes he pointed out features (and fixes) that we'd need to assess if we purchased. It was great to have someone who could tell how old a roof and smoke detectors were just by looking at them! Once we found a home we liked, he was also helpful in suggesting ways to make our offer more attractive (other than increasing price) and kept us updated. It felt like we had someone looking out for us throughout the buying process. I highly recommend Joe if you're looking to buy a home!

Joe was with us every step of the way on our first home purchase and he will be there when we are ready to find our forever home. He was so knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and truthful. He is not in it just for the sale at all. If there was something seriously wrong with a property that we never saw, he would speak up and tell us. Where are you ever going to find that? We found a forever realtor and friend!!

Absolutely wonderful experience working with Joe - he made the whole process seamless and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. Great experience for a first-time home buyer! I have continued to refer friends and family to Joe the minute they even mention buying/selling a home.
