We had a fantastic experience working with Jessica. Her communication was excellent, and we always knew the current status of the process. She was very thorough and kept everything moving smoothly. When repairs came up, she coordinated the right professionals, which took a lot of stress off us. We felt supported the entire time and would absolutely recommend her and the One Roof Team.

Cory was wonderful to work with and helpful in this process. He was able to sell my parents home rather quickly after their passing. He is very knowledgeable about the Columbia area which was very helpful in getting a competitive price sorted out for the area. 10/10 recommend

Cory did an outstanding job as my buyers agent. He was very patient with the process which helped for a newer investor like myself. When the rental property didn’t work out he immediately went to work as my sellers agent. Through a long and difficult road we recently closed on the property. I’m grateful for his help every step of the way!

The One Roof Team has been an absolute please to work with over the last year. We have bought 2 houses and sold one and every transaction was easier than the prior one. They have gone above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction including taking calls at all hours, being open an honest about results and expectations, and delivering every promise they kept for us since day one. We felt like part of their family and that our transaction was the only one they were working on.
