Jessica and the team at Tindell & Co did an outstanding job managing my property for 7 years and then helping me sell it this month. I work overseas and always had the peace of mind that my property was in good hands. The house went on the market this month and Jessica and her team were able to get an offer 10% over asking price and we closed in three weeks. Five Stars. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Jessica did a great job helping me purchase my house. She always answered any questions promptly. She also gave me recommendations for contractors and inspectors which made the whole process easier. I would definitely have her be my realtor again.

Jessica did a great job managing my rental house and then she was very helpful when i decided to offer it to my tenants for sale . Jessica's team at Tindell & Co. was great to work with in every aspect of the home selling process. They listed my home (even though it was located a few hours from their office), held the open house, and then helped me get some really solid offers, one of which closed well above asking price in a very short period of time. Jessica was always just a phone call away whenever I had questions or concerns. Her knowledge, experience and patience made selling my home a little less frightening.
