I met Anthony from finally picking up on the 1000 of calls that you typically get once your home is on the market . He was able to get the home that I didn’t think could get sold in record Time compared to the previous people who claimed they could help me ! Our property taxes went up way too much and we couldn’t no longer keep up with the payments it had risen to. we met via random phone call when your house came off the market. And I was literally hanging up on everyone but for some reason I stayed on the phone with him and it was the best decision I had made ! Our home was listed for 183 days with Orchard, and we were listed for an additional 77 days with our second Brokerage. In total, our home was listed for 260 Days. Selena and him found the buyer and got them under contract in only 11 days seamlessly. They negotiated for them to come up $15,000 on the sales price as they were trying to lowball. In addition, they found the buyer organically through their social media advertising and were able to facilitate not having to deal with an opposing buyer's agent. If there was an opposing buyer's agent, they would have made it harder by negotiating against us !! Anthony did an outstanding job when he sold my house! I met Anthony when my house went off the market we did an interview same day I believe I decided to use his services the same day. He guaranteed he would sell my house within 45 days that’s why I went with him, because of my situation I needed to sell the house in the shortest amount of time possible. I’m speaking on behalf of my immigrant parents, as I was in charge of taking point and handling the sale of our home in Lancaster, I can’t stop saying enough good things about Anthony Sclafani. After being on the market for about 3 months during the summer with our previous agent a trusted family friend who promised he could sell our house quick and get us a price we’d all be satisfied with we were incredibly frustrated that he wasn’t able to keep his end of the bargain and sell the property in the allocated time we’ve given him since we were in a rush to sell the property. That’s when we decided to take a leap of faith and switch to Anthony. I’ll be the first to admit my family and I were hesitant because how he found us was unique for us as we usually use people we know or are recommend to us, he called our number that was listed on Zillow a few times at first we were hesitant originally because of the sheer amount of agents claiming they were able to sell of home became annoying and tiresome as they would call you though out the day but after our first conversation I had a gut feeling that Anthony was our guy and informed my parents. I know our case is a little unique as many seller don’t trust their kids to take on a responsibility like this however, my parents were either busy or didn’t feel confident with their English even then Anthony was patient and understanding throughout the whole process. Anthony found our first buyer in about 5 days after sitting down and signing with him however as it usually is in the current market that contract sadly fell through but shockingly it only took him about a week to find another buyer. In total we were only on the market for 13 days under his care and supervision. This was during a buyer’s market when sellers typically have to bend over backward but Anthony delivered on everything he promised. He guaranteed results in 45-60 days and he kept his word. Mind you with our previous agent we waited 3 months and barely heard anything back regarding the home. Even in a buyer’s market he protected our interests and got us the net profit we wanted. Additionally Anthony negotiated for the buyers to cover the $1,675 title policy and pay for a new $650 survey saving us even more money. His expertise and determination were unmatched. Despite being located Houston, Anthony made the entire process feel seamless. He accommodated us with multiple video calls and personal calls, kept us informed with weekly market reports which he hand typed and tailored to our situation and property, he proactively marketed our property to his list of targeted agents and buyers. Ensuring our home got the attention it deserved and he truly invested in us. Even during Thanksgiving Anthony was quick to respond answered every question and kept us informed at every step. Even during the holiday he connected us with the title company ensuring we get multiple closing options to fit our needs even during the holidays when most agents would want to send time with family and friends and not work yeah he tirelessly answered any question and call even when for most people it would be inconvenient.
