We've worked with Jessica (and Gil) for a few years. They've helped us with renting out our apartment as well as the sale of it. They have an in depth knowledge of the neighborhood. They were very good with following up with potential buyers and tenants, and keeping us informed of all the showings and potential offers. Furthermore, they updated us with a lot of data and metrics on the listing. We enjoyed working with them thoroughly and have kept in touch for our future real estate needs.

If you're like me, a first time buyer, with limited understanding of what it's like to buy a condo and in need of somebody to guide you through every step, Jessica is the one. Professional, generous with her time, willing to explain everything -- it was a pleasure working with her and I thank her for her leading me from finding the right condo to closing on it a few months later.

Jessica is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked for. Her local knowledge was unbelievable as she was able to find me a 1 bedroom for under $3000 in a new building where the studios start at $3000. She is so genuine it’s refreshing. She tries to find a place that fits your budget and desires, not just looking to get paid. When you work with her you will pick up on this immediately. She’s in the top 1% no doubt.

Jessica is amazing agent and sincerely cares about her client’s interest. We purchased our first home in NY with Jessica’s help. It was such a long journey with unexpected event. Jessica was always with us- She is great knowledge, experience, and network in NY estate market. She is very responsive. She has great negotiation skill. Our contract was about to break, but she made it happen with very thoughtful suggestions, patience, and communication skills.
