Ryan was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He compiled a full profile of listings based on the criteria I was looking for in an apartment. He also made it where I could mark if I was interested in viewing the unit or not based on the online listing. He then set up appointments to see units, did so in a timely fashion and in a way that made the most efficient use of my time. I’m not the easiest of clients to deal with considering my million questions and indecisiveness, but Ryan was extremely patient with me and helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone I know!

Kelly helped my husband and I buy and sell my apartment in the West Village. During the buying process she found places that we could not find searching myself and she was a great negotiator and was helpful and responsive. When it was time to sell, she spared no marketing expenses and helped us get multiple cash bids and 55K over asking. She was amazing and helped us through every step with ease and knowledge. We also enjoyed her very personalized thank you gift! After talking with our friends we realized that this is not how most people feel about their agent. Kelly has not only helped us buy our present apartment but also she rented out two other apartments and subsequently sold them. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, calm and tenacious with her involvement in selling and buying. We are indebted to her for all the help she has given us.
