Cliff did an excellent job in all aspects of my apartment purchase. A key thing was his ability to negotiate with the seller’s broker---Cliff managed to get me back into a bidding process that had supposedly closed. He conducted a thorough final walkthrough that caught a few problems and then did the legwork that helped get me appropriate compensation. Cliff provided critical assistance with the Board application, the apartment inspection, and contractors. He was always available to answer questions and give explanations. He said from the start that he would be there for me throughout the whole process, and he delivered on that promise.

Having worked with other brokers in the past in New York City, my husband and I both agree that Rory is the best agent to work with. We feel lucky to have been able to work with Rory on our condominium sale during a tumultuous market in New York City. Rory and his team are true professionals and went above and beyond on many occasions. We first hired Rory and his team to represent our investment property ~8 years ago and it was the best decision we made in real estate. However big or small the question or issue that arose over the years, Rory was there for us ensuring we never had a vacancy. When it came time to prepare our apartment for sale, every detail was given the care it needed to ensure we sold our apartment for top dollar in a high interest rate environment. Rory oversaw the turn-around of the apartment to ensure it showed in its best light as a pristine move-in unit. When there were a couple of minor items he discovered before we listed the apartment, he gave us a strategy to overcome the issues with data to support it. The level of marketing was top shelf, combined with constant and thoughtful communications. As I was getting ready to call Rory to ask him to reduce the asking price, he called me with the incredible news that he had a nearly a full asking price all-cash offer! His patience yet aggressive marketing approach resulted in a sales price higher than we ever expected. We will definitely keep in touch with Rory and look forward to recommending him to all of our family and friends in need of a true real estate professional in New York City. We appreciate everything Rory did for us.

Victoria did a terrific job in helping me (as a first time buyer) negotiate price, determining need versus "nice to have", and pinpointing specific buildings and features, and her knowledge of the neighborhood helped me understand the ins and outs of buying in a co-op building. Victoria was extremely patient through an oftentimes challenging purchase and she was unafraid to ask for additional expertise within her office when needed. Victoria was amazingly responsive and extremely professional at all times. She made herself available for multiple viewings of different properties (often multiple times at the same property). In all we looked at 20-25 apartments and she was always a reliable sounding board for me. It was a pleasure to work with Victoria and I would recommend her highly to any friend or colleague looking for a reliable, professional, intelligent, and kind real estate agent in NYC.
