In a city with thousands of real estate agents, and having worked with a few in the past, I can confidently say that Cliff is one of the best. My husband and I worked with Cliff for nearly a year on an apartment search, and he went above and beyond. He is highly successful, yet manages to make you feel like his only client. He is well-liked by all and an excellent negotiator, which we believe was a deciding factor in securing our apartment in a competitive situation. He stayed in touch with us consistently, sending listings and incorporating our ever-changing feedback. He was highly responsive in setting up showings, and knew the ins and outs of Manhattan market dynamics (our search spanned at least 6 neighborhoods). And importantly, he gave us great advice as it pertained to submitting offers and negotiations. His research on comps in the area and building was highly detailed. When it came to going through the board approval process, Cliff guided us through everything. I’ve worked with other agents in the past who have all but ended their work once the offer was accepted, but Cliff stayed engaged all the way through us actually moving in! I truly believe your real estate agent has an enormous impact on the outcome of your home search, and I don’t think we could have gotten our dream home without Cliff’s help.

Victoria was heaven-sent. As a first time co-op buyer in NYC, I was overwhelmed by how complicated the process was. Not only did she help me find my perfect place in record time, she did so much of the heavy lifting for me, it was incredible. She organized everything, responded in a matter of seconds, and connected me to amazing resources such as a lawyer who went above and beyond, and a contractor with connections for anything anyone could think of. Amazing experience all around!!

We started with working with Victoria to find an apartment in NYC at the recommendation of a close friend, who raved about working with her. Victoria was an amazing partner in helping us buy our first home. She listened to what we were looking for and was showed us apartments that met that criteria. She never pushed us to consider something she didn't feel was right for us, and was always honest and straightforward in assessing the merits and drawbacks of each apartment we looked at. She was a strong advocate for us in a tricky buying process, and was instrumental in getting our offer accepted. She doesn't take any bull from the buyer side, and she's super responsive and efficient. Plus, she's just a really nice person. Highly recommend!

Victoria and her team did a first class job advising us on the market, suggested listing price, staging our property, and getting local, national and international exposure to the point we had multiple bidders and eventually ended up with $455,000 above listing price in a slow market! Victoria and her team were a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I highly recommend this team for buying or selling in Manhattan.
