Seamless Buy/Sell Experience with an Incredible Agent Jessica is an outstanding real estate agent, and I would confidently recommend her to anyone looking to buy and sell at the same time. Our story started unexpectedly. I spotted a listing that seemed to fit our family’s needs and called Jessica just to ask about it. We were not actively looking, and I told her that clearly. Still, she took the time to research the property for us and never made us feel pressured. That home sold quickly, but Jessica then asked us to send her a detailed “Unicorn House” list, everything we wanted in a new home plus staying in the same elementary school zone. She wanted to be ready if the right opportunity came along. Within a couple of days, we found another property that matched our list almost perfectly. Even though we were not prequalified and had not prepared our current home for sale, Jessica stepped in right away. She helped us move quickly and strategically to submit a competitive offer.
