Jessica has been the best! The selling process is stressful to begin with, but she made everything easy and made sure to keep me informed with any updates and changes right away. I cannot appreciate Jessica Lloyd enough!! We have trusted her as our realtor twice now (first when purchasing our home in 2017, and again when selling in 2025). When I say she is the best, she really is THE BEST. She listed our home and we were under contract in less than a week. Jessica kept us updated every step of the way and was so patient with my questions. If you need to buy or sell your home, I cannot recommend another realtor more than I would recommend Jessica Lloyd!
