She's very knowledeable about the area. She was extremely patient as we started our process. She took time out every weekend, and sometimes on weekdays to browse houses with us. We visited homes for 6 weeks before finding what we wanted. Having started before connecting with Jessica, our process from initiation to closing was 7 months. In an extremely competitive market, Jessica and her team helped us put together a great offer. We worked together to identify non-financial structures to the offer which would sway the sellers to our bid.

Jessica is a true professional and also an extremely dedicated realtor. She was always available for any questions or issues that came up during the showing and sale of our home. She also provided us with a great staging team and a photo and video team for us. Jessica also provided us with a very talented attorney that made all the legal issues that came up easier to deal with. I can't recommend Jessica enough. She's exceptionally knowledgeable about Montclair, Maplewood, their various neighborhoods and surrounding towns, and is well connected and respected across the industry. As first time homebuyers leaving NYC, this was especially critical for me and my family. Her network of home inspectors, attorneys, sellers' agents, and local services was invaluable, and we're so grateful to have had her representing our interests. Throughout the process, which was extremely daunting for us rookies, Jessica patiently held our hand and made sure we were informed and clear about what to expect. She was also very responsive and thorough. As a true professional, Jessica doesn't rely on salesy tactics or shortcuts. She never pressured us to do anything we were uncomfortable with or unsure about, and never imposed her opinion on us, either. On top of it all, she helped us navigate the home buying process through the PANDEMIC, which only escalated the risk involved and our need to get through it all smoothly. We’re lucky to have worked with Jessica on the sale of our house in Bloomfield and the simultaneous purchase of a new home in Montclair. Working with Jessica can feel like a partnership at times.
