Jason is amazing! Our house got an offer the same weekend it went on the market and then we closed on the sale in 14 days. He has great communication with his clients and knows how to get the job done. I highly highly recommend him!

Jason has helped us purchase and sell several homes. He is easy to work with, and very responsive. The marketing aspect when we sold was amazing, both of our houses sold quickly because of this. Would definitely work with Jason and his team again and again.

We have used Jason on several properties and he has the worst real estate agent we have used in 25 years. He does not Know anything about negotiation. He never communicated to us unless we called. In my opinion, he need s to be trained properly in negotiations. We had to write our property description because of errors and lack of proper grammar from his description. Basically we had to do everything and he collected commission. We should have not used a realtor on this as there was nothing they did except list the property. It was not the level of service I have seen of the property we have sold before with professional realtors.

We worked with Devin and the Purdue Group to sell 2 homes and purchase our retirement home in a wonderful community. She was available when we needed her to show us properties and helped us with the negotiation process. I would strongly recommended Devin to anyone in the future.
