Jessica was recommended to me by friends who had two positive experiences with her over the years. Because this was my first time selling a home, I needed a realtor with proven experience who knew the local market and could guide me through the process. Jessica exceeded my expectations. Her recommendations to prepare the house for market were spot-on. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy she made the process for me - a process that I had previously been dreading. From the work that needed to be done on the house, to staging, to marketing it, Jessica communicated with me and explained every step of the way. Additionally, I noticed that she has an excellent rapport with everyone I came into contact with during the time we were preparing and listing the house. This professional network that Jessica has developed was instrumental in supporting both the speed and the ease of selling my home. It is important to note, too, that my home was not a "high-end" home, yet Jessica made me feel like I was her top customer. I would absolutely recommend Jessica as a realtor.

Jessica was truly an asset to my family in our pursuit for our new home! She helped us make a competitive offer and ours was selected over multiple other offers. We were also able to utilize an assumable VA loan and get a 2.375% interest rate! She made the process so easy and was very responsive. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jessica was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She always took the time to explain all parts of the process and was always responsive to any questions. We always felt that she had our best interest in mind and offered advice along the way when we were unsure. We never thought that selling a home could be such a positive experience but it really was!! We are very thankful that we chose Jessica as our realtor!

Jess’s energy and dedication to helping us find our home was everything I could have hoped for. I found Jess three years prior, and messaged her every summer thinking I was ready, but I never committed. Fast forward to a landlord giving no heads up we needed to move, I contacted Jess and within 48 hours we were pre-approved with her recommended mortgage lender and had a list of houses to tour. The process was fast, smooth, and to my surprise, easy! We had a sewer issue with the inspection that required the county to follow through and Jess called and kept up with them throughout our entire 30 days to close. She goes the extra step and has an amazing team. She is knowledgeable about other companies and contractors for hire and she’s the easiest to communicate with. I highly highly recommend Jess, she is an all around great person!

Jessica was the most amazing person to work with for my first-time home buying experience! She was incredibly patient with my many questions and extremely knowledgeable.
