This is the second time we’ve had Jerrod as our realtor. First time was to buy and this time was to sell! Definitely recommend him especially for east Vancouver/ camas area!!

Jerrod is a consummate professional, and at the same time, has a positive/fun attitude that makes the entire process much easier, and even enjoyable. He successfully steered us through a number of unexpected challenges in our home sale in a dynamic market. Without his expertise, I'm not sure the house would have sold in time, and at a price that was above what we were expecting, yet reasonable for the buyers as well.
