Jeremy did an amazing job helping me find a home. As a first time home buyer, the whole process seemed intimidating. Jeremy helped me out every step of the way. He quick to return messages and calls with any questions and was able to explain things in layman's terms. I can't recommend him enough.

Jeremy was a great to work with while selling my father's home. He has a positive attitude and a willingness to follow up on the details that made selling the home remotely possible. Jeremy consistently showed great judgement and offered thoughtful advise about pricing, timing and negotiations. What really stood out, though, was his follow-through and reliability. Jeremy kept me informed at every stage, promptly handled details large and small and always did what he said he would do. I've worked with a number of realtors over the years and Jeremy is definitely one of the good ones.

Jeremy is a very cool and down-to-earth realtor. He was patient and honest with me throughout the whole process of buying my first home! He helped my grandparents buy their house, and I immediately called him up when I was ready to start looking. He knows what to look for and what to stay away from when searching for a house — and he certainly knows a good deal when he sees it!

We recently were referred to Jeremy to buy our first rental property in a new city. We are very grateful for the care that Jeremy took with our search. He hit the nail right on the head with what we were looking for in a house. He was honest, and guided us through the whole process. Even when the process was dragging, he was always available to help in any way he could. Whether advice, or physically going to the property to meet an inspector or a roofer. He is definitely one in a million. We have already referred him to other people, and will definitely reach out again as soon as we are ready to buy our next property in Syracuse.

Working with Jeremy was the best !… My property sale had quite a few challenges along the way. Not the least from lack of communication from my property manager, to tenant challenges and crazy weather and snow storms wreaking havoc in the area during all of this. Plus, the fact that I was on the West Coast the whole time! But he helped me through everything and on closing day, everything went just great! He is the agent you need.
