Trisha did a fabulous job representing me in this transaction! Her promptness and advice in showing me the home and sage advice on making an offer were important in securing the contract. She provided superb advice during the negotiation phase and she went above and beyond in keeping the sale on track after the sellers suddenly shifted from easy going and very cooperative to closed mouthed and attempting to cancel the sale.
