Jennifer did a wonderful job. She helped negotiate showing times because I had a difficult tenant that required kid gloves to get the sale completed. I would highly recommend her for all of your realtor needs.

Just want to thank Jenn so very much for everything she did for my grandmother. She truly went above and beyond to insure that her home sold for a fair price and sold quickly. She treated my 96 year old grandma with the utmost respect and kindness. That little house had been her home for more than 55 years. It was not very big and needed lots of TLC, but she never acted like the house was not worth her time. She guided us during a sad time after the untimely death of my uncle, who was Grandma's caretaker. The extra assistance in getting her house cleared of years of possessions and having a final cleaning was so very appreciated. We moved Grandma to our home 600 miles away. Jenn handled some emergencies that would have been very difficult for us to do long distance. I am so thankful that our friend with Keller Williams connections referred us to Jenn. She is a fantastic real estate agent and deserves all the accolades she has received.

Jennifer was a great agent to work with. Her professional advice on helping prepping the home for curb appeal and her marketing strategies produced a quick sale. I was especially impressed with Jenn's availability to answer questions and to attend to my concerns. I would hire Jenn again and would recommend her highly to anyone that is planning a sale.

Jenn was amazing from start to finish, and is still assisting us with an issue that arose post-closing. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and what was realistic for our price range. On the day offers were due, she recommended going in under asking price and our offer was accepted, which is unheard of in the current market. We wouldn’t have closed on our house without her and are so grateful for all of her expertise! She is fantastic and we are recommending her to everyone we know!
