Outstanding person in the business of selling a house, always above and beyond! Her guidance in the sale was expertly carried out. A Wisord of the system. Jennifer was amazing! Her knowledge of the area, pricing, negotiating was outstanding. Jenn held open houses every week, was in constant contact with us as sellers as to what potential buyers were saying about the house, and provided insight as to how to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. Jenn was wonderful to work with.

Jenn is the definition of a lifetime realtor. I was so stressed out trying to find the perfect fit for my budget and I had no sense of direction until Jenn. Jenn answered all of my questions promptly, even after we closed and I had questions, she never hesitated to help me. Buying and selling a home is a stressful process, but if you have a good realtor, life is much easier. I was fortunate enough to find Jenn Manz a few years ago when selling my first house and I’m so glad I did! I can’t thank her enough for making my life over the past couple of months a lot easier! This is the second home of mine that she sold (both in less than a week) and exceeded my expectations each time! She not only knows what she is doing, answers all your questions and responds to every crazy request, she is tough as nails! I have and will recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house!
