It was a pleasure working with Cheryl! Throughout our home buying process, Cheryl was incredibly communicative, promptly answering calls, texts and emails, keeping us informed about every development. She took the time to understand our preferences and needs. She was always on time for appointments and provided reliable and honest advice. She demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills when an issue arose with our home inspection. She was very good at dealing with other real estate agents. Cheryl was nothing but amazing. We were very rusty on the whole house purchase process having been in our current home for 25+ years and Cheryl made this so simple! Her attention to detail and responsiveness was unbelievable. I would barely get finished asking her a question and she already had the answer. If she did not have the answer, she would research and get back to us within a few hours. You cannot get customer service like that anywhere! She was great at anticipating what our needs were and where she could help. She walked us through step by step so there were no surprises. Cheryl made everything run smoothly! We so appreciate Cheryl!!!

My experience working with Miguel was great ,he net my expectations ,I was recommended to him by my sister ,this was my first time buying a home and I thought the process was going to be difficult ,but it was a calm process ,he is very responsive and helped us look for a home exactly as what we asked for ,he is a person with knowledge and will go where you want to be residing in ,overall my experience with Miguel was great I will recommend him 100 percent to anyone

Cheryl did an outstanding job negotiating the sale of our home. Kept us informed with viewings and feedback from potential buyers. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition from listing process, to getting our home sold. Cheryl explained to us in detail what the expectations would be, the range of other home sales in the area, and a projected timeline. Cheryl made us feel comfortable with trusting her to get the best price for our home. We believe her knowledge of decor and staging was instrumental in our quick sale. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would definitely recommend her to family and friends looking to sell or buy their future home.

Cheryl was awesome to work with. She asked us the right questions to find exactly what we were looking for. She sent us listings, but if she saw something she thought was the right fit, she contacted us immediately. We live in another state and Cheryl was kind enough to walk through the house and we were able to view via video before we made the trip to see the house. I would highly recommend Cheryl if you are buying or selling a house.
