My experience working with Miguel was great ,he net my expectations ,I was recommended to him by my sister ,this was my first time buying a home and I thought the process was going to be difficult ,but it was a calm process ,he is very responsive and helped us look for a home exactly as what we asked for ,he is a person with knowledge and will go where you want to be residing in ,overall my experience with Miguel was great I will recommend him 100 percent to anyone

Cheryl did an outstanding job negotiating the sale of our home. Kept us informed with viewings and feedback from potential buyers. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition from listing process, to getting our home sold. Cheryl explained to us in detail what the expectations would be, the range of other home sales in the area, and a projected timeline. Cheryl made us feel comfortable with trusting her to get the best price for our home. We believe her knowledge of decor and staging was instrumental in our quick sale. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would definitely recommend her to family and friends looking to sell or buy their future home.

Cheryl was awesome to work with. She asked us the right questions to find exactly what we were looking for. She sent us listings, but if she saw something she thought was the right fit, she contacted us immediately. We live in another state and Cheryl was kind enough to walk through the house and we were able to view via video before we made the trip to see the house. I would highly recommend Cheryl if you are buying or selling a house.

Miguel Rendon did a great job with us in purchasing our first home. He was working with us from day zero on everything, we recommend him 100% and if you have problems with the language he is a Spanish speaker who will benefit you in quantity for all types of doubts you have and that you do not understand in the process.

Carissa did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our home. We were first-time home buyers, so we had tons of questions, to which she provided all the answers. Carissa was very patient with us, and was very flexible to accommodate and work around our schedule. She is very knowledgeable of the area and was able to advise us professionally for each property we were considering. Carissa has excellent negotiation skills and is equally professional and friendly. We will definitely work with her down the road.
