Dennis was knowledgeable on just about everything one needs to know before making the decision to purchase a home. From roofing to the foundation, I appreciate the fact he puts his clients above his own comforts. Very driven to help you get the best home out of your time and money spent. He guided us in the right direction, from what homes we should consider and which homes we should steer clear of which is respected. He's not like the typical real estate agent that puts in minimal effort just to get your money and leave you with the mess of the home.

We had a great experience working with Jakob. He was always very responsive to our requests and enjoyable to be around. He listened well to what we were looking for and showed us several properties that met our needs. He also helped work us through the "bidding" process which was new to us. In particular, when looking at a house, Jakob inspected it in more detail than we did and pointed out not only the pros, but many cons that we may not have noticed. This gave us great confidence in working with him and we would highly recommend him to family and friends.
