Angela is truly one of a kind! With the way the things are now, I was nervous about entering the house market. Angela eased all of my worries & then some! Angela helped us sell our home in Pendleton NY. She was friendly, polite, fair, and professional. She listened to what we had to say and provided expectations. Angela performed absolutely spectacular. It was insightful and fun to discuss ideas for negotiation tactics on a multiple offer situation. Angela had the local contractor hookups and interfaced with our tenants. We got more for our property because of the positive environment Angela created with the tenants (who were remaining). Angela moved us along like it was a super easy, well facilitated process. She earned every dollar of her commission. I bought and sold six properties (multifamily , condos, single family) before I met Angela. Using both three realtors and FSBO. Angela is the one and only realtor I will call for the next property.
