Kevin was amazing, professional & very personable throughout our entire home buying experience. We first met with him when we were in town looking for properties. We live out of state, but he worked closely with us looking at homes on our behalf, took videos, live virtual tours so it felt like we were there. Kilby did a phenomenal job listing my house. From day one when he placed sign and took photos I new he was going to get the job done fast . Day 2 there were already showings and I believe day 4 or 5 I took an offer above asking price . Thanks Kilby for all you have done your a great coworker,friend and part of my family .
