Selling our home with Jennifer was a wonderful and rewarding experience. Jennifer is a kind, competent and dedicated professional who anticipates and discusses all aspects long before any decisions must be made. She is patient, easy to talk to and has an impeccable sense of timing! We adjusted our selling timeframe, trusting her judgement and advice, and had multiple offers to choose from in only a few days. We sold quickly and well above our asking price! We found Jennifer by studying the sales in our neighborhood for over a year. She seemed to be the premier agent, setting prices to where they should be and selling for ‘over asking’ in all cases. We highly recommend her and would say you can truly trust what she tells you. We wish we had more houses to sell so we could watch her do her magic!

The Ventura County housing market was extremely hard to break into as young professionals, but when we met Jennifer, serendipitously at an open house, our luck changed. We met many other real estate agents and had discussed our “dream home” with many of them. However, it was not until we met Jennifer that we felt like we met a real estate agent that was truly passionate about her work and was so knowledgeable about the housing market in Ventura County. She took the time to sit down with me and my significant other to really pinpoint what we wanted. As a couple in our early 30’s who relocated to Ventura County for work, we weren’t like most of buyers in Camarillo. Jen understood that and took the time to look into areas that she thought we would fit in, while still ensuring it crossed off the things on our checklist. What we appreciated most about Jen was her honesty. She was very involved during house showings and shared her observations, whether they were favorable or not. When we finally found the house that we need we had to have, Jen went above and beyond to give our offer the competitive edge to win against other interested buyers. Her advice and support were instrumental in us getting the house of our dreams. I have moved many times in my lifetime and Jennifer Badner is by far the best Real Estate Agent I have ever had. Her customer service was excellent from the first meeting to the close of escrow. Jennifer helped us stage our home to make it more appealing. She went above and beyond what was expected of her. With Jennifer’s help our house sold in one week. Jennifer focused on our needs and our schedule throughout the entire sales process. While in escrow, Jennifer continued to work for us and offered her assistance with any issue we had. She was our resource for literally everything having to do with our sale and move and she never disappointed us. She is the kind of agent that shines above all others. We continue to have contact with her as a friend.

Jennifer is GREAT! From the moment she took us as her client she helped us. She is honest, responsive to very question, prompt for all appointments and very knowledgeable. If she didn’t know an answer to one of our questions, she would find out and respond ASAP.
