I worked with Jeff when I was looking to purchase a home. I came to him in a time-crunched panic. He was knowledgeable, extremely responsive, empathetic, efficient and exceeded my expectations in every way! He has his finger on the pulse of the market and helped me make a competitive offer. I'd use him as a seller as well because I know he'll be able to read the market and help me get the maximum value for my home. It is refreshing to deal with a professional who can educate and execute when you are making one of the biggest purchases of your life. Thanks, Jeff! .......and two years later..... Jeff helped me buy a home 2 years ago and I recently used him to sell a property. It was great working with Jeff. He is very responsive, comes up with creative solutions when thrown curve balls, and has a great feel for the current conditions in the market. We were looking for a very quick and simple transaction and Jeff helped to deliver that. He was unfailingly prompt in our meetings and readily available whenever we needed him. It was only a few weeks from first viewing to close, and that’s in no small part to his credit. This was a great buying experience and we’d be glad to work with Jeff again.
