Jeff is the best realtor I’ve ever come across to. He was extremely dedicated and worked every day of the week to get us the house of our dreams (even on a Sunday night). He was always very responsive and communication with him couldn’t have been better. He has earned the respect of sellers and he got us a very difficult deal thanks to that and his amazing negotiating skills. And the best part is that he has very noble principles and genuinely cares about his clients even before his own interest - I can attest to that. I could not recommend Jeff and Amanda enough! Jeff and Amanda were fabulous, very professional, as well as very friendly. They were always available 24/7 and always answered the phone or wrote back texts within seconds. Buying and finding a house in this market was not easy, especially since I was living in NY at the time. My stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met but ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Jeff and Amanda moved fast to arrange a video tour to show me the house. Jeff was amazing with his videos and negotiations and Amanda helped us find the house of our dreams. They both worked hard to make sure things like repairs were done correctly and everything ran smoothly, even after closing. Jeff and Amanda and their team are amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.

Jeff is an amazing realtor. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is also personable and comforting. He helped me feel calm when looking for a home in the Sarasota area in this crazy Covid market! 10/10 do recommend!

I have worked with many Realtors in the past, and Jeff highly exceeds expectations! He has that natural intuition to pick up on the details we mentioned and a knack for seeking them out, which only certain people can do no matter how long they have been around.
