This has been our third transaction with Jeff in 3 years. Once again, Jeff came through in all the ways that matter most: 1. Jeff knows the market very well and gives great pricing guidance. 2. Jeff knows the selling/buying process very well and advised us of all the key things we needed to do at every step of the process; 3. Jeff reads people well and gives invaluable advice on negotiations; 4. Jeff does all the little things to help with inspections, reminders, repairs, and follow up. 5. Jeff treats his clients like they are his good friends. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and honest in representing his clients' interests. Jeff sold our home recently and it was a very efficient process. He found us great buyers in less than 2 weeks and the deal closed without any serious issues. When an unexpected item was discovered on the inspection, Jeff negotiated quickly a deal that benefited both parties without putting the deal at risk. As far as response time, Jeff was very timely and even surprised us with how quickly he could complete a round of conversations with the buyers. I would definitely recommend Jeff for any sale in the area!

Jeff was great in helping us sell our condo. He knew the market, helped us set a competitive asking price and how much work to put into upgrades before selling. He was available and responsive and kept us updated on what was happening. He's our go-to realtor!
