It's very hard to find a good realtor. I worked with about 4 realtors before meeting Jaymie. Jaymie is better than just a good realtor he's the best. He's not just there to open a door for you. Jaymie is knowledgeable and informative about the home you interested in so you know what your buying. We will be working with Jaymie in the future if we decide to sell or buy another home. I highly recommend Jaymie to be your realtor.

As first time home buyers, Jaymie went above and beyond with helping us find our home. He was very friendly, informative, and patient to say the least. It took us around 6 months with the current market and our budget, but he was with us every step of the way. Needless to say, we have found ourselves a lifelong realtor as he is someone who is both honest and trustworthy in this field. To keep it short, you can't go wrong by choosing him as a realtor. Jaymie even took the time out of his day to show us houses through video call and climbed into crawl spaces that we were too scared to go into first. Do not hesitate to reach out to him!

As a fist time home buyer the thought of this process was terrifying and I didn’t know where to start. Meeting with Jaymie for the first time he got an idea of what we were looking for, our price range, and set us up with one of his partners for the approval process. Jaymie is very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had about the property and always came prepared. The process went extremely smooth and he was honest about our offers and if we needed to offer more or less but encouraged us to offer what we felt comfortable with as well. I highly recommend Jaymie if you want a quick, efficient, and smooth process.

I was referred to Jaymie through my mortgage broker and was extremely pleased with my experience. As a first time home buyer, Jaymie made a daunting search process smooth and easy. He was kind and knowledgeable as he walked me through the details of purchasing a home. He was very responsive and worked quickly to find answers whenever I had uncertainties. When I was ready to buy, he worked closely with my mortgage broker and the listing agent to get the deal done. Everything moved fast but he was on top of it every step of the way. Jaymie was great to work with and I highly recommend him!
