Vince was easy to work with as a first time home buyer. He knew the area extremely well and was approachable and responsive with our questions. He was fantastic during the escrow period and let us know all of our options during decision making. I have referred family to his team and they have also had a great experience. I’ve known Vince for a long time, and I always knew he’d go above and beyond as my realtor. That’s just who he is. When Vince puts his mind to something, there’s nothing that can stop him. Maybe that’s why he was able to go from training as a bodybuilder physique athlete to running 100 miles as an endurance athlete — he has that same relentless mindset when it comes to real estate. Selling our home wasn’t easy. Right when we listed, tariffs from Trump hit and shifted the entire housing market. Vince kept us patient, walking us through what was happening with the economy, explaining the process, and helping us strategically adjust the price when necessary. He made sure every open house was covered, either being there himself or making arrangements so we were never left hanging. What impressed me most was how he balanced everything even with a newborn at home.
