Vincent Rossi and his team are the BEST. Vince was my agent for the sale of my house in Oakland in early 2024. Integrity, problem-solver, calm yet alert, super organized and very responsive to my every question and concern. I knew that Vince always had my interests first and foremost. His sales strategy captured multiple offers over asking price. Plus, Vince has a top-notch team (planner, stager, handyman, photographer, painter, and gardener) that worked fast, on-schedule (¡!) and presented my house in the best possible way. I highly recommend Vincent Rossi without a doubt.

Vincent has been fantastic during our entire home shopping experience. We were able to find the home of our dreams thanks to his guidance and ongoing education as we had no idea what we were getting into. Vincent was excellent in helping us get our property ready to put on the market. He was very responsive no matter the time of day and was eager and readily able to use his many contacts/connections to get a variation of improvements completed for us in a short period of time. Extremely helpful when time is of the essence. He was/is also very professional and comfortable to speak with throughout the selling process, keeping us informed constantly of any new developments. Top tier real estate agent. I highly recommend Vincent Rossi and his team if you are looking to either sell or purchase a home.

Vincent helped us buy our first house. Through the whole process he was professional, explained how everything worked, was patient with us as we looked at a number of houses, and most importantly was real with us about the condition of the houses. He never pushed any property on us and made us feel like we were his highest priority. In a market where people were offering cash and waving all inspections we felt like we didn’t have a chance, but Vincent was always very positive and didn’t push us just to close a purchase. When we saw a house coming soon that we were interested in he leveraged his local status and relationship with the seller agent and was able to get us in early and get a deal done before the house even went to market. Needless to say if the house went to market there was no chance we would have been the owners. We know this probably will not be our last time selling/buying a house and Vincent is the only realtor we will go back to when that time comes.

First Time Home Buyers - Very Positive Experience Vince is the ideal realtor. You can tell he loves what he does, and he is an advocate for his clients. He is professional, patient, and goes the extra mile to find the right deal for his clients. He explained each step of the process thoroughly, and he didn’t pepper us with to-do’s nor did he pressure us to move faster. Vince was very generous with his time and was prepared for every situation, whether it be for a full day of tours or negotiating a price reduction on our behalf late into the night. He has a deep network of competent professionals for your due diligence, and he knows the Contra Costa market quite well. He is definitely someone you want in your team while going through the home buying process. With Vince, you are in good hands!
