I have known Jim for many years now and know him to be a very honest and professional individual that takes great pride in his work. I hired him to sell my Grandmother's house when she had to move to assisted living. He took grest steps to insure everything was listed quickly and worked very hard to deliver an exceptional experience to my family in selling the property and got her house sold in a nice, timely manner. Very happy with Jim and would always recommend him to anyone looking for the best to get the job done.

Jim helped find our dream home in PB Co. He also helped making sure we had the best professionals supporting inspections, titles, even movers! We were able to move from looking at homes to being in our new home within 8 weeks!!! You can’t do better than Jim
