Jimmy is an incredible professional with whom to work. Knowledgeable, honest, skilled, and valuing genuine relationships, Jimmy was with us every step of the way. Unfortunately, "the way" was fraught with disappointments complicated by my being out of state. Any reservations I may have had dealing long distance quickly evaporated as Jimmy's responsiveness was swift and dependable. Wise counsel, persistence, and skill paid off, and I was able to sell my deceased brother's condo. in a reasonable amount of time. It is fitting that I worked with James Cunningham; he sold the condo. to my brother 12 years earlier. Jimmy is an exceptional agent. When I am looking to buy property, I tend to have a lot of questions and look to my realtor for answers. Jimmy never makes me feel like I am asking too much of him.
