Jason has been a fantastic guide and resource as we sold our house and purchased a new one. He is friendly and funny, but more importantly, possesses a deep understanding of both real estate and construction. Throughout the process, Jason was always available and communicative. His advice was invaluable, and critically, he consistently advocated for us on our terms. Never did he push us to go lower, or higher, than we felt comfortable, nor did he let us accept anything less than what was in our best interest. We would not hesitate to recommend Jason to anyone looking to sell, buy, or both. Plus, he really is quite funny.

We were first time home buyers in Sandy Springs and he was the MVP of our team. If we needed something, he responded almost instantly. (And first time home buyers tend to have a lot of last minute surprises so that is saying something.) The real estate market seems like it's stacked against individuals. Everything has to be done last minute and it is quite nebulous and confusing. Jason had contacts for us to speak with, his background as a general contractor was invaluable in our walk-throughs and negotiations, and we felt like we got a fantastic deal on an extremely well-built and well-maintained house. In fact, I still hear from him as he checks in with us regularly to make sure everything is going smoothly. Really fortunate to have found Jason to guide us through our home purchase.

I have not bought and sold a lot of homes so far in my life so having virtually immediate access to Jason’s knowledge and guidance was not only extremely helpful, it was very comforting! I can not stress how much I recommend him!

Jason is a total pro - responsive, knowledgeable, and has great relationships with everyone involved in the closing process (mortgage brokers, buyers, sellers, closing attorneys, etc.). We were buying a home in Atlanta remotely, and Jason went above and beyond to get our house closed and even to meet delivery people after closing. Thanks, Jason - your clients are in great hands!

Jason was recommended to me by a friend who also worked with Jason to purchase his condo. Condos in Atlanta are going fast right now! I was in Florida on business and Jason sent me several condos to look at that he felt I would be interested in. All were a good fit. When I saw pictures of the one that I ended up buying, I told Jason I was concerned that it wouldn’t be available by the time I got back to look at it. He immediately went over to the condo and shot a long, detailed video and sent it to me. He assured me it was the perfect place. Jason then patiently answered about 100 questions from me. Based on the excellent video he shot and his passioniate recommendation that this would be a place I would love, I made an offer without having ever physically been in the place. It proved to be the perfect condo for me! Given I travel almost every week outside of the state, I depended heavily on Jason to do all the work for me. He happily did so and advised me of everything I needed to do along the way and made it a very smooth and easy process! I never had to ask him what I needed to do, because he was always one step ahead of me. Even after I closed and moved in, he still texted me with a few things that I needed to be aware of such as a scheduled and required cleaning of the dryer vent which I had completely forgotten about! I highly recommend Jason for anyone who is looking for a real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable of the entire Atlanta area and, most importantly, he is an honest and trustworthy person. He truly loves what he does and has a passion for it which is another reason why Jason is so good at his job. You will not be sorry if you pick Jason as your real estate agent, and you will have an awesome experience! I sure did!
